However, we do accept last-minute bookings when vehicles are available. For early morning airport transfers, we suggest booking the day before so your driver has plenty of time to prepare. Group transfers with our Sprinter vans should be booked at least 48 hours ahead to secure the right vehicle for your party.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and cash. Credit card payments can be made securely through our WhatsApp booking process. For corporate clients, we offer monthly invoicing with NET 30 payment terms. All prices are fixed at the time of booking with no hidden charges, no surge pricing, and no toll fees added on. The price we quote is the price you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded with no fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the transfer price. No-shows are charged at the full transfer price. We understand that travel plans change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we waive all cancellation fees provided you notify us by WhatsApp or email.
Can I make special requests for my transfer?
Absolutely. We regularly accommodate requests for child seats (infant, toddler, and booster), extra luggage space, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and multiple pickup or drop-off stops.
