Train
There is no direct train from Barcelona Airport to Salou. You would need to take the train or Aerobus to Barcelona Sants station, then catch a regional train (R17 or MD) to Salou station. The entire journey takes 2-2.5 hours. From Salou station, it is about a 15-minute walk or short taxi ride to PortAventura. This is the cheapest option but the most time-consuming and least convenient with luggage and children.
